FAQ, Shipping & Returns

All Items are shipped next working day of order placed. Excluding Fridays and weekends where the order will be shipped on Monday. Our Shipping prices are based on the current Rates of NZPost as of 1/7/2023.

• New Zealand - $9.90 (Overnight Courier 1 Working Day Exludes Rural )

• New Zealand - $Free Orders Over $150 (Courier Tracked: 1-3 Working Days

• Australia - $15.99 (Courier Tracked: 4-10 Working Days)

• UK/ Ireland - $24.99 (Courier Tracked: 4-10 Working Days)

• Rest Of World - $26.99 (Courier Tracked: 4-10 Working Days)

Returns:

All sales are Final, returns will not be accepted for change of mind.  We do not return items if they do not fit or other sizing issues. All Sizes are listed in the descriptions, please know your own size before ordering.

The Jerseys listed for sale are second hand, some up to 50 years old and therefor will have signs of use or wear. We always try our very best in describing every flaw, pull or bobble in the descriptions to insure everybody is happy with the sale and service.

If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description, please shoot us a message withen 7 Days of recieving the item and we can look into this for you. If indeed we have missed a tear, hole or peeling sponsor we for sure will rectify the situation if the fault is on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse or diminish returns if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase. This does not include the removing of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags.

Please send us an email if you wish to return or exchange an item and our customer service team will advise you on the next steps.

Items must be sent back within 7 days of an advice of return email.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

​

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. We cannot process any refund prior to receipt.

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
